If your child is going to be absent for the day or late, please report this to the school office by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the absence/lateness.  Please use the fillable form below to report the absence/lateness. 

 

Alternately, you may phone the office at 604-534-6564 or email, but you must then print and fill this attached form and bring it to the school office.

 

For all absences our school must have the hard copy form or the fillable form below on file as required by the Ministry of Education.
